Submitting an RMA

If you have a Microscan product that needs repair, please contact the Distributor from which you purchased the product. If you do not know the Distributor, please contact the Microscan Service Department at 1-800-251-7711. Please have the product serial number available when you call and we will be able to determine your Distributor or identify one within your area.
