Microscan’s TTC (Track, Trace and Control) middleware is specifically designed to provide work-in-progress (WIP) visibility through any factory, validate the process flow and provide the history of the process steps accomplished on a product. With TTC middleware, efficient data collection is combined with error proofing to demonstrate process compliance while reducing material and assembly costs.
TTC middleware, coupled with Microscan hardware, ensures the right material is at the right place, at the
right time, along with the historical data to prove it.
Traceability Recording
Easily track products from the release stage throughout the factory floor, until the product is finished and put to stock or shipped.
Product Route Controlling
Middleware allows visual warnings and alarms if a product is scanned at the entry of the wrong operation, or if the operation is out of sequence.
Factory Monitoring
Depending on factory layout, the same scan point can be shared for monitoring products exiting an operation
and entering the next.
