APAC Business Developer, Packaging Vertical - China

We currently have an opening for a Business Developer to work on our Packaging team located in China.

SUMMARY
As part of a Vertical Market focused team, the position of Business Developer will be responsible for the sourcing of business information within our target segments: Packaging, Pharma Packaging and Food & Beverages in China.

By generating relevant information from the customers targeted, you will proactively contribute to the Vertical strategy. You identify current and future customer needs and market opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source of information on the markets targeted
• Identify new business at clients in our targets segments
• Explore new and existing contacts for new product/market combinations
• Present complete reports & market analysis
• Define different possible routes to get information from the targetedl markets.
• Identify and observe interesting trends or development areas at existing clients or within the market
• You report directly to the Packaging Vertical Manager

• Bachelor / Master degree, preferably in Marketing
• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in international environment
• Excellent communication skills and strong in building relationships
• Strong business sense for new contacts –business-opportunities
• Creative approach in realizing the contacts
• Proactive, independent and team player
• Driven and persuasive
• Excellent communication, and presentation skills
• Chinese (Mandarin) and English mandatory. Additional language skills is a plus.
