Getting Started: Establishing Your New Partnership with Microscan
Step One: Mutual Confidentiality Agreement
Our goal as always, is to protect our Partners. To embrace best business practices and to ensure that your company is eligible to receive proprietary and exclusive communication about Microscan and Former Siemens and NERLITE products, we ask that you please sign a general "Confidential Communication" agreement with us.

Step Two: New Customer Form and Credit Application
Establishing a formal relationship is the key to ensuring a long and prosperous business relationship. In order to begin the process of begining a formal relationship, we ask that you please provide us with your current customer information by completing a New Customer Request Form. In addition, we also need to establish the financial foundation that the relationship will be built on. In order to do this, we ask that you please complete and submit a Credit Application with our Finance Department.

Step Three: Submitting Your Agreement and Forms to Microscan for Processing
In order to expedite the processing of your New Partnership Documents, we ask that you please mail your completed Mutual Confidentiality Agreement, New Customer Request Form, and appropriate Credit Application to our corporate headquarters in Renton, Washington. Documents can also be emailed to our Channel Management Team, however, an original hard copy of your Mutual Confidentiality Agreement is required.

Step Four: Download and Save the Signed Microscan W-9 Form
Please download and save the completed Microscan W-9 Tax Remittance Form for your records. This document is for your records only and does not need to be returned to Microscan.

Step Five: Completing the Microscan Partnership Agreement
The final step in completing your transition into the Microscan Partner Community will be to sign a new Microscan Partnership Agreement. Once we have received and processed your Mutual Confidentiality Agreement, New Customer Form, and Credit Application, a Microscan Sales Manager will provide you with your new Partnership Agreement that will outline the terms and conditions of doing business with our organization.
