Manufacturing Engineering candidate.
Summary: Performs complex manufacturing
engineering assignments with considerable latitude for action and decision
making. Works in a collaborative team
environment with design engineering to concurrently develop processes for new
products. Manufacturing Engineering also
continuously improves processes on existing products working with Focused
Factory Teams to find more effective ways to serve our customers. Assists Test Engineering with the mechanical
portion of test equipment design.
Provides technical support for supply chain partners to improve their
processes as well.
Experience: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of
2 years experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a high tech electronics
manufacturing environment and a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering,
Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. Competence with 3D solid modeling tools,
preferably Solid Works is a must. Experience
with Toyota Production System/Lean manufacturing processes and procedures will
be a plus.
